This delivered line was engineered around Thai mini pineapple, the variety most commonly exported as whole, individually packed ready-to-eat fruit. In the delivered configuration, fruit first passes a six-in-one peeling station that combines peeling, top/end trimming, coring, segmenting, and color protection in a single pass — then a short manual sorting step removes remaining eyes, and the fruit is bubble-washed, dried with room-temperature air, and packed one by one.

Process Step by Step:
1. Dumping & feeding — bulk pineapples are tipped into the feeding hopper and conveyed steadily into the line, replacing heavy manual loading and preventing fruit damage.
2. Bubble washing — the first wash loosens and lifts surface dirt and sediment with evenly distributed bubbles, without bruising the flesh.
3. Brush spray washing — rotating brushes combined with water spray scrub the fruit surface and eye areas clean — the second-stage wash that cannery-grade product needs before any cutting.
4. Integrated peeling, head & tail cutting & splitting — one machine peels the rind, trims both ends, and splits the fruit into fan-ready segments in a single pass, cutting labor and line length compared with separate stations.
