What This Line Does?

The pomegranate processing line starts where your raw fruit arrives. It removes field dirt and surface residue in the bubble washing stage, separates the edible seeds (arils) from the peel and pith, and extracts juice from the separated seeds — delivering two clean intermediate products:

A fruit juice processing line does not earn its keep on one crop alone. This front-end platform is designed so the washing, conveying and juice extraction stages can also process guava, passion fruit, apple, and other fruits whose core needs are washing and juice extraction.
Material properties vary greatly among different fruits. Front‑end processing heads such as seed‑removing, crushing and filtering shall be selected according to fruit types.
