Project Overview
In 2025, our company signed a complete fruit processing line project with a well-known fruit processing enterprise in Thailand. The client specializes in tropical fruit processing and exports, demanding high standards for automation, output, and food safety.
The project includes three production lines:
Mini Pineapple, Jackfruit, and Passion Fruit–Pomegranate Cleaning Lines, covering design, manufacturing, shipping, on-site installation, and training.

Pre-Service Preparation

Step 1: Equipment Installation
The installation sequence was carefully planned according to the process flow, starting from raw material feeding → cleaning → sorting → processing → packaging, ensuring a smooth and continuous product flow between machines.
The electrical team handled wiring of control panels, sensors, actuators, and power lines. After insulation and grounding tests, PLC programs and HMI interfaces were configured to enable full automation of the line. Upon installation completion, a full safety inspection was conducted to ensure guards, emergency stops, and limit switches functioned correctly. Each unit was then test-run individually to verify motor direction, speed, noise, and vibration compliance.
Step 2: System Commissioning
Segmented debugging → Integrated line linkage → Actual material testing, to ensure smooth mechanical connection and stable operation.
Step 3: Operator Training
Provided training on operation procedures, safety, and maintenance.
Post-Service Support
Trial Production & Acceptance
After the commissioning phase, all three production lines entered trial production. The equipment operated stably, achieving the expected efficiency and product quality. The client’s technical, production, and quality teams jointly inspected and confirmed that the system met all contractual standards.
Ongoing Technical Support
After project acceptance, our after-sales service team continued to provide remote technical assistance and spare parts support. Using online communication and video guidance, we helped the client resolve operational issues and optimize process parameters in real time.
Regular Follow-Up and Customer Visits
Several months after project completion, our after-sales engineers visited the client’s factory for a comprehensive follow-up inspection. The visit included reviewing equipment performance, maintenance records, and operator feedback.
During the visit, our team assisted with control system optimization and provided targeted maintenance recommendations to ensure long-term reliability.
