▶ Why Ultrasonic Cleaning Beats Manual Scrubbing

 ● Cleans even narrow crevices: Ultrasonic cavitation generates tiny bubbles in liquid that implode instantly. It reaches hard‑to‑clean spots such as leaf folds and root grooves that manual washing cannot handle.

 ● Lower labor cost & minimal product damage: Eliminates prolonged soaking and repeated rubbing. Leafy vegetables stay intact and mushrooms avoid breakage.

 ● Large‑batch one‑time processing: Load full baskets directly into the tank. Combined with the rotating turntable for continuous‑run operation, it delivers much higher efficiency than washing basin by basin.

▶ Optional Ozone Sterilization: A Second Layer of Hygiene in the Same Washer

Ultrasonic for Washing: Cavitation effect strips sediment and attachments from leaf folds and root grooves.

Ozone for Disinfection: Ozone dissolves in water to form ozonated water, which acts on microorganisms on fruit and vegetable surfaces.

Flexible On‑Off Control: Ozone is an optional module that can be activated as required. Only ultrasonic cleaning runs if ozone function is not needed.
