The brush is a key component of the brush cleaning machine, responsible for soft cleaning, light polishing, and auxiliary conveying. Its overall structure consists of a metal shaft (usually 304 stainless steel, meeting food-grade standards) and densely planted bristles, arranged either spirally or evenly. Through high-speed rotation, it achieves flexible contact with materials to avoid damaging their surfaces.

▶ Functions:
Thanks to its soft and flexible properties, the brush mainly serves three core functions: cleaning, light processing, and auxiliary conveying, which can be divided into four specific aspects:
● Cleaning and impurity removal:
Working with the equipment’s high-pressure spray system, the rotating brush fully rubs against the material surface, quickly washing away mud, dust, pesticide residues and fine hairs. It is especially suitable for fruits and vegetables with crevices where dirt easily accumulates (such as carrots and lotus roots), providing thorough cleaning without damaging the skin.
● Gentle polishing:
For fruits such as apples, oranges, and citrus, the flexible friction of the brush removes surface wax and floating dust, brightens the peel color, improves appearance quality, and facilitates subsequent packaging and sales.
● Soft peeling:
For root vegetables with thin skins and tender flesh (such as baby carrots and young potatoes), the rotating friction of the brush achieves light peeling without strong grinding, reducing flesh waste and preserving the fresh and tender taste.
