Visiting Indonesian Client: Learning Advanced Cold-Pressed Juice Production for Food Processing Equipment Innovation

As a professional manufacturer of fruit, vegetable, fish, and meat processing equipment, we were recently invited to Indonesia to visit one of the country’s leading cold-pressed juice brands. Through onsite inspections, we gained a deeper understanding of their plant layout, production flow, hygiene standards, and modern management practices. This international exchange not only revealed the rapid growth of the Southeast Asian healthy beverage market but also inspired new ideas for our equipment upgrades and future collaborations. This article provides a detailed account of the visit, the advanced practices we observed, and the valuable impact it has on our company’s development.

Invited to Indonesia for in-depth exchanges with leading brands

The client we visited is a household name in Indonesia’s healthy beverage industry, known for producing high-quality cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices. With the rising demand for natural, additive-free drinks in Southeast Asia, their brand has grown rapidly across multiple countries. They invited us to discuss potential upgrades to their production line, automation improvements, and optimization of multifunctional preprocessing equipment.

Visiting the workshop: The production scale and cleanliness are impressive

Upon entering the production facility, we were immediately impressed by the clear workflow and high level of standardization. Every section, from raw material preparation to cold pressing, filtration, filling, and packaging, was designed to minimize cross-contamination and maximize efficiency.

The cold-pressing zone uses advanced hydraulic systems that preserve nutrients through low-temperature extraction. In the cleaning and sorting area, the client uses a highly automated grading system to ensure consistent quality of incoming raw materials. The overall cleanliness of the workshop was exceptional, meeting both local and international food-grade hygiene standards.

Learning advanced production models: Bringing us new inspirations

What inspired us most was not just the size of the production line but the management philosophy behind it. The client strictly follows the principle of maintaining high efficiency while preserving high hygiene standards—key strengths for any cold-pressed juice manufacturer.

Their digital production management system was also impressive. With real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, flow rate, and output, every step of the process is transparent and traceable. This digital approach gave us new ideas for future equipment innovations, such as integrating remote monitoring modules, visualized dashboards, and intelligent alert systems.

Future Cooperation Directions: Equipment Upgrading and Whole-Line Planning

During the discussions, we identified several promising cooperation opportunities:

   1.   Upgrading preprocessing equipment to improve automation.

   2.   Designing a complete production line tailored to the client’s plant layout;

   3.   Exploring potential collaboration in more vegetable/fruit/meat/fish processing solutions.

This visit strengthened mutual trust and laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation.

Conclusion: A Fruitful International Exchange Journey

“This visit to our Indonesian client allowed us to clearly see the global trends in healthy food processing. Their rigorous workflow and advanced automation systems are highly inspiring. We will continue to embrace innovation with an open mindset and develop more competitive products to serve customers around the world.”
— Mrs.Liu, FXFM Company President

Our visit to Indonesia was truly rewarding. It allowed us to understand the strength of leading international manufacturers and highlighted the growing global demand for high-quality processing equipment. The insights gained will further drive our innovation as we continue to provide efficient, safe, and intelligent solutions to customers worldwide.

Pig trotters middle splitter Pork knuckle dividing machine

The principle of the pig's trotter splitting machine is that two rotating conveyor belts clamp the pig's trotters by relying on friction and driving them to move toward the bone saw blade. When the pig's trotters reach the position of the bone saw blade, the bone saw blade running at a high speed cuts them.

Automatic Skewer Machine

During operation, you only need to manually place the ingredients in a specific position. The machine will automatically feed the skewers and position them, accurately threading the ingredients onto the skewers. This type of skewer machine can improve the skewer threading efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of manual work.
