3-in-1 Taro & Potato Processing Line Factory Inspection Guide
(January 15, 2026)
Recently, we completed an on-site trial of a 3-in-1 taro processing line at our factory. Taro and potatoes were used as test materials to evaluate the production of whole peeled taro, taro chunks, and fried taro strips. The line operated smoothly, delivering excellent product quality and receiving high praise from overseas customers.
Processing Line Under Trial
The tested equipment was a 3-in-1 taro processing line, capable of producing three finished products within one integrated system:
● Whole peeled taro
● Taro chunks (frozen)
● Fried taro strips
The line features a modular design with shared pre-processing and independent downstream processing sections.
Test Materials Used
To fully verify equipment adaptability and stability, two raw materials were used during the trial:
● Fresh taro
● Fresh potatoes
Testing different textures and moisture levels confirmed the line’s versatility for processing various root vegetables.
The Multi-Functional Processing Line
This 3-in-1 system is engineered for maximum flexibility, handling three distinct end-products from a single intake point:

| ● Whole Peeled Taro: Peeling → Washing → Sorting → Packaging | ● Taro Chunks: Peeling → Splitting → Washing → Air-drying → Freezing → Packaging | ● Fried Taro Fries: Washing → Cutting → Blanching → Frying → Air-drying → Quick-freezing → Packaging |
Process Effect:
● Whole Peeled Taro Process: Raw taro was peeled, washed, sorted, and packaged. The final products showed clean surfaces and intact appearance, meeting fresh and ready-to-cook market standards.
● Taro Chunk Process: Peeled taro was evenly cut into chunks, washed, air-dried, and quick-frozen. The frozen products showed excellent separation without clumping.
● Fried Taro Strip Process: Both taro and potatoes were cut into uniform strips, blanched, fried, de-oiled, and quick-frozen. The final products had consistent color, controlled oil content, and good texture.
Trial Results
● Stable operation throughout the entire line
● All three products met design specifications
● Both taro and potatoes processed smoothly
● Excellent cutting accuracy and product consistency
What We Learned from This Trial
This trial allowed us to further optimize processing parameters for different raw materials, especially in cutting, drying, and frying stages, providing valuable experience for future projects.
Feedback from Overseas Client
