Description
About the meat strips cutter:
The working area of the meat strips machine consists of two blade sets arranged vertically and perpendicular to each other. During operation, meat is introduced through the feed inlet; after passing through the first knife set, the meat is sliced into sheets, and after passing through the second knife set, the sheets are cut into strips (or shreds). The thickness of the meat strips is determined by the spacing of the blades. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a feed conveyor and a discharge conveyor with an adjustable discharge height.
