How does the pig's trotter-splitting machine work?
When the pig's trotters are conveyed to the position of the saw blade, they can be quickly and accurately cut into two halves. The pig's trotters are clamped by relying on the frictional force between the two rotating plastic pulleys. When the motor drives the pulleys to rotate, the pig's trotters will be driven to move forward.

● Stainless steel protective cover: The stainless steel protective cover can effectively block broken bones, meat scraps, and other debris may splashing out.And it prevents workers from coming into contact with dangerous components.
● Saw blade: It can easily penetrate the hard bones and connective tissues of the pig's trotters and quickly and accurately cut the pig's trotters into two halves.
● Conveyor: The rotating pulleys are connected to the motor through a plastic conveyor belt. When the motor starts, it drives the pulleys to rotate. This rotation serves as the power source for pushing the pig's trotters to move.
Splitting effect
✅ It has a high cutting precision. The saw blade can accurately and evenly divide the pig's trotters that are moving forward along the predetermined cutting line into two halves.
✅ The cutting surface is smooth. The saw teeth can effectively cut through the bones and muscle tissues of the pig's trotters while minimizing the tearing and damage to the cutting surface as much as possible. The design of the teeth of the saw blade enables the cutting process to be smoother, avoiding excessive squeezing and crushing of the bones, thus reducing the generation of bone scraps.
