Description
Machine details of squid ring cutter:
・Conveying and Positioning: Squid are conveyed to the cutting area through a conveyor belt or other conveying devices. At the same time, positioning fixtures or devices are equipped to fix the squids in the exact position, ensuring the accuracy of cutting. Some ring-cutting machines also have flattening devices, such as rollers, to flatten the squids and prevent uneven placement from affecting the quality of ring-cutting.
・Cutting Operation: The fixed squids are transversely cut by cutting tools to cut the squid tubes into rings. The cutting tools are usually driven by an electric motor and can achieve high - speed rotation or reciprocating motion to achieve efficient and precise cutting results.
