Working Principle:
Mechanical Structure Principle: It is usually composed of parts such as the frame, feed-in port, fish-killing device, and control system. The frame supports the entire equipment. The fish-killing device is the key part, which processes the fish through high-pressure water flow and the operation of cutters. The control system, like the brain, controls each component to complete the fish-killing operation.
Operation Process Principle: First, check whether the components are normal and whether the feed-in port is unobstructed. Start the fish-killing device, put the fish to be processed into the inlet, and use the corresponding fish-killing method to process the fish. Finally, stop the equipment, clean up the residues, and maintain the equipment.
Functions:
On the operation panel, operators can easily switch between the two modes of "scaling and back-cutting" and "scaling and belly-cutting" according to actual needs.
You can choose killing methods:
1. Open belly:
Cutting method: The knife of the fish-killing machine will start from the abdomen of the fish, usually from below the fish's mouth, and cut along the midline of the abdomen to the vicinity of the anus. This is more suitable for merchants who want to remove the internal organs of the fish at one time.
2. Open back:
Cutting method: The knife of the fish-killing machine will cut along the central axis of the fish's back, starting from near the fish's head and extending to the fish's tail. In some cases where it is necessary to preserve the fish roe or swim bladder, this mode can also operate relatively precisely to keep these organs intact.
