This machine is equipped with a meat collection bucket and a rubber pressing belt. As the rotating fish bucket and the rubber belt move in a coordinated, pressing motion, fish are squeezed, and the meat is forced into the collection bucket. Meanwhile, fish skins and bones remain outside the bucket and are expelled from the machine by a scraper.
