A commercial continuous meat slicer is a piece of equipment designed for large-scale food processing. It can continuously, rapidly, and uniformly slice raw meat (chilled fresh / slightly frozen), cooked meat (marinated/smoked/steamed), as well as whole skin-on meat, producing slices
▶ Key Technologies & the Secret to Non-Shedding Skin & Smooth Slicing：
1. Equipped with a dual crawler / anti-slip serrated conveyor belt plus an adjustable pressure pre-pressing device, ensuring meat pieces (especially skin-on portions) are clamped horizontally and stably for feeding without slipping. The pressure is adjustable in stages to suit soft raw meat and tough cooked meat. Some high-end models are fitted with a skin-fitting guide plate to prevent interlayer separation between skin and meat at the moment of cutting.
2. Control System: PLC + touch screen, capable of storing multiple sets of formulas (e.g., 1 mm raw pork slices, 2 mm cooked beef slices, 3 mm thin slices of skin-on pork belly). Equipped with safety functions including overload protection, emergency stop, and power cut-off when the door is opened.

✅ Driven by a servo motor, it ensures cutting accuracy. In cooperation with the discharge conveyor belt, it can perform portioning and stacking functions.
✅ The SEW reduction gear motor, Taiwan Delta servo system, and frequency converter, as well as electrical components from well-known brands such as Siemens, Schneider, and Omron, are selected, which enhances the operational stability of the equipment.
