Washer Description:
Our washers can be customized with special dimensions, functions, and configurations according to customers' different cleaning requirements for fish/meat/crab/shrimp/fruit/vegetable, and are suitable for various production scenarios. We provide one-stop solutions, ranging from a single machine to a complete production line. They apply to large central kitchens, processing fresh food such as seafood and meat, canteens of schools and colleges, prefabricated food distribution centers, food processing factories, and other small and medium-sized enterprises.
Machine functions:
1. Air bubble
This system uses an air pump and a water pump to produce dense, powerful bubbles. As the bubbles rise and circulate in the tank, they gently remove dirt—like insect eggs, sand, and other impurities from the materials. Combined with a water circulation system, it maintains cleaning efficiency while conserving water.
2. Ultrasonic
The ultrasonic generator converts AC power into high-frequency electrical signals, transmitted to transducers mounted on the cleaning tank's base plate. These transducers transform electrical energy into ultrasonic vibrations that propagate through the cleaning solution. Combined with bubble agitation, the system penetrates hard-to-clean areas like shell crevices, fish meat, and squid surfaces, effectively removing stubborn dirt and microbial residues, delivering superior cleaning performance compared to manual washing or conventional vegetable cleaners.
3. Ozone
We can also equip it with an ozone function, which can decompose to generate highly oxidizing atomic oxygen and hydroxyl groups. It can effectively kill various common bacteria and extend the shelf life of fish.
4. Blanching
Removes oxalic acid and pesticide residues from vegetables. Pre-treats meat (shaping, deblooding) and seafood (easier shelling). Significantly improves overall processing efficiency
Noted: In addition to the bubble function, which is a regular supporting function of the washer, other functions will only be equipped upon customization.
