▶ Technical Specifications

DB box wire connection:

image.png

Electric voltage 380V/3P; rating power 3.7kw; 4mm2 copper wire recommended.

It shall be done by a professional electrician to avoid human injury, and other damages to the machine and other properties due to potential fire hazard or electric shock. One end of the wire shall be connected to the electric box in the machine, and the other end to the power supply distribution box in the work shop. Check arm lifting after connection by pressing “Rise” button. If no responding, exchange position of any two live wires.

Control Panel

1. Temperature controller

2. Speed controller by frequency inverter

3. Movements of the mixing arm and the cooking pot

4. Flame controller for adjusting size of flame

5. Power on/off

6. Agitation start for mixing materials

7. Agitation stop for stopping mixing

8. Agitation inching (only for the manufacturer)

9. Ignition for the flame

10. Emergency stop to stop all activities

Attention:

a. Always use ⑥ to start mixing and ⑦ to stop mixing;

Otherwise, scrapers may be damaged if they are not stopped in the designed position when the mixing arm falls from rising.

b. Do not use ⑧ for mixing. If it is pressed accidentally, then rectify that by pressing ⑦ to allow scrapers to stop in the designed position before raising the mixing arm.

c. Do not turn ② frequency inverter to zero to stop mixing.

d. Button ⑩ is only for the emergency stop. Once it is pressed, the machine will be stopped immediately; therefore, mixing scrapers may not be stopped in the designed position. It should also be rectified as mentioned above.

Suggested operations:

a. Turn on power ④

b. Put materials inside the pot and press ⑥ “Agitation” to start mixing, and adjust mixing speed by turning ②“frequency inverter”.

c. Turn on the main gas valve and the valve for the source fire. Press ⑨ “Ignition” for starting flame. Then adjust the size of flame with ④ flame controller.

d. Set up the desired temperature with ①

e. Turn off ⑨ to stop flame when cooking is done. f. Press ⑦ “Agitation stop” to stop mixing. g. Press and hold “Rise” button to lift mixing arm at maximum position, then press and hold the “Discharge” button to pour cooked materials.

▶ lgnition

a. Turn on the valve for the gas source supply in the factory.

b. Turn on valve ① for the source fire, and turn on valve ② for the burner. Switch on “Ignition” on control panel to start flame, and check it through the sight glass. c. The size of the flame of each ring can be adjusted manually by secondary valves ⑤⑥⑦. The overall size of the fame can be adjusted by flame controller on control panel, and the opening ratio of the valve can be seen digitally on the valve body ④ . The setup of opening ratio can be done on the flame controller. d. Manual ignitor ⑧ for spare purposes only.

▶ Transmission system

It includes mixing devices, transmission devices and mixing motor. Check regularly tightness of all bolts, wearing condition of mixing scrapers, and adjust or replace if necessary. Grease the gears where as indicated in the machine weekly to ensure their service life. Open the cover of mixing arm and check tightness of transmission chains weekly or as per actual frequency of use. Apply grease properly and as necessarily needed. If any abnormal sound occurs, disconnect power of the machine and check thoroughly.

▶ Hydraulic station

It is equipped on the left side in the back of the machine.

It controls the main pressure of the hydraulic system and moving speed of arm lifting and pot tilting. Check level of hydraulic oil weekly and refill when approaching warning line.

 Precautions

a. If machine does not run properly, check if any damage to the ELCB or AC contactor.

b. Do not operate the energized machine with wet hand, especially the DB box, to avoid electric chock.

c. Keep away from the machine while it is in operation.

d. Only competent staff is allowed for operation and maintenance.

e. If any damage or incompleteness of the machine, do not install for operation. Report to the manufacturer immediately to avoid any property loss or human injury.

 Maintenance

a. Cleaning of the bowl is recommended on daily purpose.

b. Wherever there is a grease nozzle exposed or hidden for bearings, it should be greased quarterly or as per actual frequency of use.

c. Greasing for mixing head shall be done monthly or as per actual frequency of use. (pot dia. 700mm,800mm)

d. Transmission chains inside the mixing arm should be greased bi-weekly or as per actual frequency of use

after opening the top cover.

e. Hydraulic oil (equivalent to China standard#46) should be added when the level becomes low and it should be replaced on annual basis.
