Maintenance

Before performing any maintenance, disconnect the power supply and remove the air hose to avoid accidents.

  1. Keep the machine clean and maintain it regularly.

  2. After each operation, clean fruit residue from the knife holder, pins, and blades using a brush dipped in hot water.

  3. Clean the air filter once a month: remove dust with a brush; if sticky residue is present, remove the filter mesh, wash it with warm water, dry it thoroughly, and reinstall it.

Operating Instructions

  1. Ensure the voltage is stable and air pressure exceeds 0.6 MPa before use.

  2. Place fruit in the center of the base; the machine starts automatically when hands leave.

  3. Avoid wearing black clothing or white sleeves to prevent interference with the photoelectric sensor.

  4. Keep objects away from the sensor’s detection area.

  5. Store the machine in a dry, ventilated environment.

  6. Avoid impacts; keep the machine level and upright.

  7. Operate in a cool, clean environment free from dust, oil fumes, and excessive heat.

  8. Ensure the machine is off before connecting power; voltage must remain within ±5% of rating.

  9. Avoid moisture and prevent water exposure.

  10. Do not touch high-temperature components during operation.

  11. Use power cables with at least 2mm² cross-sectional area and avoid excessive length.
